I recommend Brian Solis' latest book "The End of Business as Usual" because it points out some of the key changes that decision-makers need to deal with. Ignoring them is simply suicidal. Brian analyzes the evolution of consumers' behavior and how technology is changing the rules of the game. He goes one step further by suggesting some coping strategies.
Needless to say that his approach is a perfect complement to “Winning Opportunities". I hope that like it has been the case for me reading his book will be an inspiring experience. More details on www.endofbusiness.com.
