Anyone can enroll the best talents anywhere in the world

There is no more doubt that the way we handle projects is going to change dramatically. In the past we used to work with people nearby and usually people we knew. With internet and globalization we all know that projects can now involve players who do not even know each other. Many people knew that large corporations were managing projects on a global level. My point is virtual workflow is not only for large corporations/organizations. It is within reach for anyone, even single operators, and even for services.

My book “Winning Opportunities, proven tools for converting your projects into success (without  a business plan)”, which can be downloaded free of charge on this website (www.winning-opportunities.org) is a good example. I wrote the book in Geneva, Switzerland, and in many airplanes / trains, on the go. Since English is not my mother tongue, I have asked a British expert proofreader located in the South of France to make the appropriate corrections. The cover page was designed in Montreal. The book layout has been made in Australia. The Kindle and iPad/ePub versions were converted in India. The website has been designed in Serbia and the hardcopy publisher is located in USA.

In other words this simple book, a 200 page guide to seizing opportunities -jokes included-, mobilized resources on 4 of the 5 continents, all managed from tiny Switzerland as a side activity in addition to all my lecturing assignments and other businesses. I hope that readers will nevertheless find the end result convincing. As a closing note I can add that 90% of the work has been done without any face-to-face meeting nor oral conversations. God bless internet!
